Returns and exchanges are allowed within 7 working days after your order is delivered. We gladly accept items that are free from scratches, blemishes, sizing or alterations, and without signs of wear or tear. Any items that fail to prove the above will not be accepted for return. Please include the original invoice with your items.
Please note that we do not practise cash or credit card refunds. You can exchange for another item of the same value. Shall you choose to exchange with a high value item, the balance should be topped up. A one-time exchange is allowed. Any subsequent exchange will not be entertained.
Package your order
Repack the item(s) in the original packaging materials.
Shipping & insurance
Ship the item prepaid to the address written below. Please note: for security purposes, do not write Etena Signature Fine Jewelry or the contents of the package such as jewellery, diamonds, gold or any other related items on the outside of the box. Notify us on the courier consignment number for tracking purposes. Return shipments and shipping fee are the responsibility of the customer.
